Shipping & Returns Policy

We currently only provide 5-7 business day shipping. This is because we print and manufacture our products on demand. If you provided an email with your order you will be notified via that email when your order ships. We are not responsible for the order once it’s with the shipping provider, but we understand that you may need to change something with your order. We allow 24 hours from when the order is placed to be able to cancel your order or to change order details. To change order details please put in a request to customerservice@onsitedecals.com with your name, order number, the detail that is incorrect and what you wish to change it to, as well as an email address and phone number in case we need to get in contact with you about your order. Please note changing order details may delay shipment of your order. To cancel an order please contact customerservice@onsitedecals.com with your name and order number. Refunds will be allowed if we are notified that you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours. Please allow 2-3 business days for a refund to be processed.
