If I’m working with an upfitter how do I get OnSiteDecals graphics?

Graphics are similar to any other equipment that you will put in your patrol vehicle. Just like you can specify name brand lighting, cages, and consoles, you can also specify high quality OnSiteDecals graphics. Just tell your upfitter that you prefer the best. In addition, ask if your upfitter is an OnSiteDecals authorized distributor for best pricing.

How does the design process work?

A short visit with our experienced salespeople initiates the design process. Just a few questions answered by you, our client, will lead to a customized high detail vectorized graphics package. Contact Us to learn more!

What is vector art and can I purchase the art in my design?

Vector art is the opposite of a jpeg. Essentially, we turn the art into a high-quality line drawing that can be reproduced at any size and can be altered for any color palette without losing resolution. Vector art is available for purchase to use on business cards, cups, etc.

Can you match my existing graphics package?

Yes, we can assist you to help us collect the necessary data to accurately reproduce or improve your existing graphics.

Can you turn our existing design into a ghost or stealth design?

Yes, and there are no additional fees for ghost graphics.

Do you do retrofitting?

Retrofitting is putting a new design on your existing in-service fleet. OnSiteDecals offers retrofitting including graphics removal and installation of the new package. These services are available at your location, our location, or at your upfitter or dealer.

Do you offer stock designs?

We do not currently offer stock designs but check back soon!

What if I have a diverse fleet?

OnSiteDecals has the experience to custom fit our graphics packages to any body style or paint color. just like you it is important to us that all of your units have a unified and official appearance.

How far do you travel?

We will even travel internationally. Of course, extra costs might be incurred by the customer for additional travel.

Can I install it myself?

Our graphics are designed for ease of install starting from the art process itself to the materials we use. Our top shelf 3M materials feature air release technology to help the installer avoid wrinkles and air bubbles.

Do you offer a warranty?

As a trusted installer we offer a manufacturer backed MCS warranty through 3M.

How long do your decals last?

Our decals in our store are made of the same top shelf 3M reflective and non-reflective materials with the same proven durability that we put on our in-service cars. 

What if I want a decal design that’s not in the store?

If you want a decal design that’s not currently for sale please check back! We have many more designs on the way. Like and follow our social media pages to be the first to see our new decals as they are released.

Do you offer custom decals?

Yes, our experienced art team can easily create or recreate any decal you are wanting. Contact Us to find out more.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer shipping through the US Postal Service®. Shipping cost will be shown in the checkout. All our shipping is 7-10 business days and you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Why don’t you offer express shipping?

We use the same materials with the same proven durability for our small decals that we use on our in-service vehicles, and this includes using the same printing process. The printing process takes time, and our 7-10 day shipping policy allows us to ensure a quality product.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, and remember to check back for more international designs! Additional charges may be incurred for international shipping.

What if I have an issue with my order or shipping details?

We are not responsible for the order once it’s with the shipping provider, but we understand that you may need to change something with your order. We allow 24 hours from when the order is placed to be able to change order details. To change order details please put in a request to [email protected] with your name, order number, the detail that is incorrect and what you wish to change it to, as well as an email address and phone number in case we need to get in contact with you about your order. Please note changing order details may delay shipment of your order.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email or tracking email?

If you did not receive an email from us please verify that you entered your email address correctly when placing the order. Also check your spam folder and make sure you allow emails from OnSiteDecals in the future. For any additional questions with your order please email [email protected].
